The setup process for Wonde would start with by going to the Classes page of your account and selecting the Wonde option to upload classes.
You can then press "sync" or "preview" to check if your school is set up.
If your school has not previously connected to Dr Frost using Wonde then we will try to find your school on Wonde. This process will only work if your school has Wonde set up for the school in general. If not, you'll need to go through installing Wonde and getting a data sharing agreement set up. If your school is set up, a data access request is sent to Wonde.
Once we send this request, the relevant school staff who has access to the Wonde platform must sign in to their Wonde portal and approve the data access request. This person should receive an email from Wonde about the request. Once the data sharing is in place, you select the classes you wish to sync from the Classes page on Dr Frost then run the sync from the Classes page.
Any changes in classes will require you to sync the classes again as we do not currently have auto-syncing but once this initial set-up is done that process just requires you to press the sync button.
It's worth noting that this process works best when existing accounts have school email addresses attached to them so that we can match the existing accounts when the upload runs. If there are accounts with personal email addresses or usernames it can cause duplicate accounts to be created so it's often better to delete those accounts first and create new ones for students.
