Audience: School Wonde administrators
Dr Frost Maths integrates with your school's MIS through Wonde to automatically sync class and student data. When a teacher at your school requests this connection, they’ll get in touch asking you to approve the data access request.

What this request is for
Dr Frost Maths is requesting read-only access to:
- Teacher information (names, email addresses)
- Student information (names, email addresses)
- Subjects and groups
- Class lists and structures
- Teacher-class associations
This allows Dr Frost to automatically create and maintain accurate class lists and student accounts, saving teachers significant administrative time.
How to approve the request
Step 1: Sign in to Wonde
Sign in to your school's Wonde portal directly at your usual Wonde URL.
Step 2: Review the request
Navigate to the pending requests section (usually under Applications or Data Access).
You'll see Dr Frost's request with details of what data is being requested.
Step 3: Approve the request
Click Approve (or similar button) to grant Dr Frost access to your MIS data through Wonde.
Step 4: Confirm
You should see confirmation that the request has been approved. Please let the teacher of colleague who initiated the request know that they can now continue setting up the sync in Dr Frost.
Data security
- Dr Frost receives read-only access - we cannot modify your MIS data
- Data is transferred securely through Wonde's encrypted connection
- Dr Frost only accesses data for the subjects your teachers select
- You can revoke access at any time through your Wonde portal
