My account uses an email address
If your account uses an email address and password, you can reset your password yourself.
Go to the Dr Frost login page and click Having trouble logging in?
Enter your email address. If the email address is linked to a Dr Frost account, you will receive an email allowing you to choose a new password for your account.
If you don't receive the email, see I'm not receiving emails from Dr Frost.
Note: If your school requires you to sign in using Google or Microsoft (Single Sign-On), you won't be able to create a Dr Frost password. Instead, you'll be asked to link your account to your Google or Microsoft account and use that to log in in future.
My account doesn't use an email address
If your account uses a username instead of an email address, you won't be able to reset your password yourself.
Please ask your teacher for help. They can provide your login details or reset your password for you.
Still having trouble?
If you're still unable to log in after following the steps above, contact us at support@drfrost.org and we'd be happy to help. Pease include your name, school, username or email address (if you know it), and a brief description of the problem. If possible, include a screenshot of any error messages you're seeing.
