If you're expecting an email from Dr Frost Maths (like a password reset or account verification) but haven't received it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your inbox (and spam/junk)
- Look for an email from Dr Frost Maths.
- Our emails usually have subject lines like “Recover Your Account” or “Activate Your Account”.
- Check your spam/junk folder, as the email might have been delivered there by mistake.
Step 2: Check common issues
-
Double-check your email address
- Make sure there are no typos.
- Remove any extra spaces before or after your email address.
-
Check your mailbox isn’t full
- If your inbox is full, new messages can’t be delivered.
- Delete old emails to free up space, then request the email again.
-
Wait and try again
- Delivery can sometimes take a few minutes.
- If you don’t see the email after 5 minutes, request it again.
Step 3: Get more help
Check with your school
Your school's email system might be blocking emails from Dr Frost. Some schools block all external emails to student accounts. Your teacher can:
- Contact your school's IT department to check if Dr Frost emails are being blocked. At a minimum you need to be able to receive email from noreply@drfrost.org and support@drfrost.org.
- Share our Email allowlist guide with the IT team.
Contact us
Still no luck? Contact our support team and we’ll help troubleshoot with you.
Don’t worry - this issue is usually easy to fix once the correct email address and settings are confirmed.
