Any teacher at a school with an active subscription can invite their colleagues to the Dr Frost Maths platform.
Important: Please use school email addresses for teacher accounts.Step 1: Go to the Settings page
Select Settings from the user menu (where you see your name in the header bar).
Step 2: Go to the Teachers settings
From the Settings listings on the left hand side choose Teachers.
Step 3: Click the "Invite teachers" button
Step 4: Enter the teacher email(s)
Enter the email address for the teacher you want to invite. You can invite multiple teachers as a batch by continuing to use the Add email address button. When ready, click the Invite teacher button to send all invitations.
Note: Please remember to use school email addresses for these teacher account invitations
Managing your invitations
After sending invitations, you can track and manage them from the same Teachers settings page.
Pending invitations will show at the top of your teachers list. From here you can:
- Resend invitations if teachers can't find the original email or it has expired
- Cancel invitations if sent in error
What happens next?
Invited teachers will receive an email from Dr Frost Maths with a link to create their account. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.

If teachers aren't receiving emails
Check with your school
Your school's email system might be blocking emails from Dr Frost.
- Contact your school's IT department to check if Dr Frost emails are being blocked. At a minimum you need to be able to receive email from noreply@drfrost.org and support@drfrost.org
