Managing your subscription
To manage your subscription, please sign in and visit the Dr Frost Subscription page.
Here, you can view your subscription status and renewal date. There are helpful step-by-step prompts to help you navigate the process. All billing is securely processed through Stripe.
Starting your school subscription
- Click ‘subscribe now’
- Follow the step-by-step prompts to set up and activate your subscription.
Renewing or canceling your school subscription
- Click ‘manage subscription’.
- Follow the step-by-step prompts to renew or cancel your subscription. Your school will automatically be sent a new invoice for your subscription if you haven't canceled by the expiry date of your current subscription.
- Click ‘update billing details’ if you wish to add purchase order numbers or update details.
